I got to spend LOTS of time with my Scooty Bug on Saturday!
That makes it a PERFECT day!
We had a BIG garage sale at our house - our stuff, Bailey & Brian's stuff, and several neighbors brought their stuff too. All of the shoppers wanted to buy my precious Bean.
HA - I THINK NOT!!!
That baby is MINE!
Scoots had a great time at the sale - especially when Daddy or Grandpa took a break from the action and took him for a walk in his little blue car! The weather was beautiful.
Then, on Saturday night, Bailey & Brian went out with some friends who had come in from San Antonio. That meant that Grandpa & I got the Sprout - all night!!!
As soon as that delicious baby arrived, we filled his sweet belly with a yummy dinner...
Happy as always!
Weston loves utensils and always has to be holding either a fork or spoon throughout his meals.
Cute beyond measure!
One last bite!
Next, it was off for some playtime!
Later, our Buggie Boo started to get TIRED, so we took a juice break.
Do you see that delectable little belly peeking out???
It is PERFECT for lots of kisses!
That little gray elephant that you can see in the background is Ollie - Scooty's soft, sweet, amazing Scentsy buddy from cousin Keri. It is the BEST! Weston has one at home and one at my house and he adores his Ollie!
I could read to him for hours!
Once ol' Grandpa came to bed, it was all about Grandpa and his beard. Weston is fascinated by his Grandpa's goatee and everything else about his Grandpa.
The feelings are more than mutual. My heart spills over watching them together. James and I have waited for moments like these for so long and cherish every single one of them. This grandson that God blessed us with is absolutely PERFECT!
After lots more snuggles and giggles, our little Man passed out into sweet slumber....there is nothing more precious and innocent than a sleeping baby...
Good Night, my darling boy. I love you to the moon and back a million times!
Sweet dreams!
He was mesmerized watching Grandpa shave. I have so many memories of Braydon and Brenner watching James shave when they were little and of myself watching my own Dad shave when I was a little girl. Funny how those things repeat...
Notice Scoots is, once again, brushing his two perfectly pearly whites - this time with MY toothbrush! More than fine with me - I'd share ANYTHING with that pookie poo.
Grandpa makes the silliest faces!
Mmmmmm..........next came breakfast and Granny's yummy pancakes, bacon, banana slices and milk - WOO HOO it's good to be at Granny's house! Shortly thereafter, Bailey showed up to "collect" her "most delicious baby ever" (as she always calls him). She scooped him right out of his high chair and smothered that boy in hugs and kisses. You are one LOVED baby, Weston Scott Archer, no doubt! Thanks for spending the day and night with us, my Squishy!!!
Having you here is such a treat!
