Scooty Bug's eyes are the most incredible shade of blue, and they literally sparkle every time he flashes us one of his amazingly gorgeous grins! Even though this picture came out a little bit blurry, I still absolutely love it because I think it really captures the "twinkle of curiosity" that just shines from those BEAUTIFUL eyes of his!
